These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for engaging in any form of interaction with M3LM Host.

This agreement begins on the date you accept and read these terms.

By accessing this page, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue using this page or engage with M3LM Host in any way if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terms apply to these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, delivery policy, and all agreements: The terms "Platform," "Website," "M3LM Host," "M3LM," "Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Us," "M3LM Company," "M3LM Games," "M3LM Design," "M3LM Group," "Company," and "Our Company" refer to ”مؤسسة ميم عين لام للبرمجيات”, a registered entity with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Jordan, under registration number: 500016, with the address: Jordan, Amman. The terms "Client," "You," "Your," "To You," "To You" and "You" refer to the person engaging with our company in any form, or anyone who accesses this page. The terms "Both Parties" or "Parties" refer to both the client and the company. "Goods," "Servers," and "Services" refer to the goods and services provided by M3LM Host, and "Your Goods" and "Goods" refer to the goods purchased by the client from M3LM Host.

1. Introduction
1.1- By registering and using M3LM Host services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Services
2.1 M3LM Host provides electronic hosting services through cloud hosting platforms, including but not limited to server hosting, VPS hosting, and secure, scalable cloud hosting services.

3. Registration and Login
3.1- The user must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration on the platform, as outlined in Section 12.
3.2- The user must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update it when necessary.
3.3- The user is fully responsible for their account usage and must keep their password confidential, as detailed in Section 16.

4. Fees and Payment
4.1- Some hosting services provided on the M3LM Host platform may require specific fees to be paid.
4.2- Clients must pay using the payment methods available on the platform.
4.3- Fees cannot be refunded once the hosting service is activated, as will be explained in detail in Sections 10 and 11.

5. Permitted Use
5.1- Clients must use the platform in a legal and ethical manner.
5.2- It is prohibited to publish or distribute any illegal, offensive, abusive, defamatory, misleading content, or any content that violates the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1- All intellectual property rights related to the services, software, tools, and designs used on the M3LM Host platform are owned by M3LM Host or third parties licensed to M3LM Host. Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or reusing any part of these services or code without prior written permission from M3LM Host is prohibited.
6.2- M3LM Host reserves the right to seek compensation for any violation of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of the services or redistribution of any part of them without permission, as will be clarified in Section 7.1.

7. Service Suspension, Cancellation, and Interaction
7.1- M3LM Host reserves the right to suspend or cancel any service provided to you permanently and without the possibility of reversal, in addition to banning further dealings with you and taking appropriate legal actions in the event of any of the following violations:
7.1.1- Attempting to hack or manipulate M3LM Host servers or any of its systems.
7.1.2- Hosting or publishing any illegal, pornographic, or content that violates applicable laws and regulations.
7.1.3- Using the servers or services to target other systems with cyber-attacks such as DDoS attacks or any malicious activities.
7.1.4- Attempting to access data of other customers or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
7.1.5- Reselling or renting out services without prior permission from M3LM Host.
7.1.6- Violating any fair usage terms for services, such as consuming excessive resources that affect server performance.
7.1.7- Providing false information or impersonating an employee or official entity when interacting with M3LM Host.
7.1.8- Causing direct or indirect damage to M3LM Host or its customers, whether financial, technical, or legal.
7.1.9- Attempting to decrypt or unauthorized modification of any of the systems or software related to the services.

8. Inquiries About Services and Hosting
8.1- All clients and users have the right to inquire and ask about any service provided by M3LM Host, and M3LM Host commits to responding to all inquiries accurately, thoroughly, and clearly.
8.2- You explicitly acknowledge that once you purchase or subscribe to any service, you have reviewed all the information, benefits, and restrictions related to this service, including promotional offers or advertisements published by M3LM Host. You have also inquired with the technical support team about the service and received a sufficient response. Therefore, you bear full responsibility for your purchase decision.

9. Responsibility and Accountability
9.1- Upon your request or subscription to any service from M3LM Host, and upon registering the order, it will be officially recorded in the name of the person or entity that made the payment. This means that you are the primary and ultimate responsible party for this service and for your compliance with the terms and conditions.
9.2- You may not delegate any individuals or entities to act on your behalf in terms of responsibility or accountability, or in communicating with M3LM Host, or in requesting any modification to the service, without an official written authorization approved by M3LM Host.

10. Cancellation Policy
10.1- At M3LM Host, once any payment transaction is completed and the order for hosting or any other service is registered, you are not entitled to cancel the order or request a refund under any circumstances, as all transactions are processed using advanced automated systems that ensure immediate execution upon payment receipt, making cancellations impossible after order fulfillment.

11. Refund Policy
11.1- At M3LM Host, you are not entitled to request a refund of any paid amount under any circumstance after the service has been activated. In the event of any technical issues or failures caused by M3LM Host, the company is responsible for resolving the issue as quickly as possible and ensuring the continued delivery of the service in accordance with the agreed-upon standards.

12. Age Restriction
12.1- M3LM Host services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the services or registering on the platform, you affirm and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all of its terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not entitled to use the services or register for them.

13. Intellectual Property Rights Policy
13.1- At M3LM Host, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our policy is to address any claims of copyright infringement or other intellectual property rights violations ("infringement") by any individual or entity.
13.2- If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content or service hosted via M3LM Host infringes your intellectual property rights, please send your request via email to [email protected], including a detailed description of the alleged infringement in your message.
13.3- You may be held responsible for damages (including costs and attorney fees) if you submit a false or malicious claim regarding intellectual property rights infringement.

14. Service Suspension
14.1- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any hosting service or hosted account on M3LM Host and deny access to it, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of the terms and conditions, misuse of resources, engaging in illegal activities, or negatively impacting our services or other users.

15. Service Activation Policy
15.1- Once a hosting service is purchased through M3LM Host, it will be activated automatically or within a specified period, depending on the type of service. The service will remain available as long as the account is active and complies with the terms and conditions, as follows:

If the service is lifetime, it will remain active for the designated duration.
If the service is time-limited, it will remain active for the specified subscription period.
15.2- Delivery of Access Credentials: When requesting a service from M3LM Host, the access credentials for the service will be delivered to the customer. After delivery, M3LM Host disclaims any liability for any damage that may occur as a result of the customer leaking this information. The customer acknowledges full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the access credentials and must take all necessary measures to protect them.

15.3- However, emergencies beyond our control may occur, such as server issues, emergency maintenance, or other technical incidents, which may lead to temporary or permanent service interruptions. In such cases, we will make every effort to restore the service as quickly as possible, and we declare that we fully disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may result from these unforeseen circumstances.

15.4- Subscription Termination and Service Suspension
15.4.1- When the customer subscription to M3LM Host services expires, the server will be temporarily suspended on the same day of subscription expiration. The customer will be granted a three-day grace period for renewal. If the renewal is not completed within this period, the server will be permanently deleted.
15.4.2- M3LM Host disclaims any liability for damage that may occur as a result of the service suspension or server deletion after the expiration of the grace period, and the customer acknowledges responsibility for renewing the subscription in a timely manner.

16. Account Usage Policy
16.1- Your account on the platform is for your personal and exclusive use only. It should not be shared or used by any other person, regardless of the reason. Your account should only be accessed and used by you.
16.2- It is strictly prohibited to provide or share your account information with anyone else, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of its information.
16.3- We are not liable for any damage that may occur as a result of sharing your account information or using it by other persons. You assume full responsibility for any activity that occurs in your account.
16.4- M3LM Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be misused or in violation of the terms and conditions, including sharing the account with third parties or attempting unauthorized access to services.

17. Interaction and Communication
17.1- Some systems of M3LM Host allow the posting and exchange of opinions and information in designated areas within the systems. M3LM Host does not review, edit, or monitor comments before they are published. The comments do not reflect the views of M3LM Host, its agents, or its affiliates, but rather the opinions of the person who posted them.
17.2- To the extent permitted by applicable law, M3LM Host assumes no responsibility for comments posted by users or any damages or expenses that may arise from their use, publication, or appearance within the systems.
17.3- You agree to the following:
17.3.1- You are allowed to post comments only in the designated areas within the company’s systems.
17.3.2- Comments must not violate any intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
17.3.3- Comments must not contain any defamatory, offensive, inappropriate, illegal, or privacy-infringing materials.
17.3.4- Comments must not be used to promote any business activities, advertisements, or illegal activities.
17.4- You grant M3LM Host an exclusive, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, and enhance any of your comments in any form, format, or media that M3LM Host deems appropriate.
17.5. Technical Support Policy
17.5.1- Technical support is provided by M3LM Host through channels specified by M3LM Host. M3LM Host may require the customer to provide certain proof of service ownership to verify the request.
17.5.2- Technical support is only provided through electronic tickets and is limited to the following issues:
17.5.2.1- Service quality and overall performance.
17.5.2.2- Connection issues affecting the service.
17.5.2.3- Errors preventing the customer from controlling their server.
17.5.2.4- User account-related issues.
17.5.2.5- Requests for reports on any cyberattacks the service may have been subjected to.
17.5.3- The customer is responsible for knowing how to operate their services and conduct their business. M3LM Host is not responsible for providing technical support related to the customer’s business issues or how to manage the service after delivery. Technical support is limited to issues related to the service itself.

18. Legal Acknowledgment
18.1- By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are legally bound by these terms and bear full responsibility for compliance with them.

19. Governing Law
19.1- These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
19.2- Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
19.3- These terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you regarding your use of the platform and supersede any previous agreements that may have existed between us concerning the platform.

20. Modification of Terms and Conditions
20.1- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. You are required to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
20.2- Your continued use of the platform or engagement with us in any manner after the posting of the modified terms means that you agree to the new terms and are bound by them.
20.3- If you do not agree with the new terms, you must immediately cease using the platform, as continued use after modification constitutes implicit acceptance of the changes.

21. Termination of Agreement
21.1- This agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, including after you cease using the platform or services provided.
21.2- We may terminate this agreement or restrict your access to the platform at any time without prior notice if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
21.3- Termination of this agreement does not exempt you from any previous or outstanding obligations to M3LM Host, and any financial or legal obligations that are due will remain in effect until fulfilled in full.
